In our French Macaron Decaf we have combined the light almond buttercream essence with fine Arabica coffee for a sweet, smooth and indulgent cup. The classic macaron features a light melt-in-your -mouth meringue made from egg whites and sugar that is formed into a top and bottom piece and often flavored with almond and colored. Then a filling of buttercream, ganache or jam is inserted between the two. Treat yourself with the flavors of this elegant and airy French delight!
