Finca La Burbuja is located in the famed region of Huehuetenango where coffee farming is the way of life. Harvested during December-March, the cherries are only picked when perfectly ripe. This means that each tree is picked three or more times during harvest season. Once picked, the coffee is washed within hours and patio dried in the warm Central American sunshine. This coffee is exceptionally well-rounded and it’s acidity is balanced by a smooth mouth-feel.
