This high-grade Kenya coffee is grown at an altitude of 1600-1800 meters on small farms near Mt. Kenya. The beans are fully washed, dried on raised beds, then rested in conditioning bins before export. This provides the complex, rich, juicy flavors that make Kenyan coffee so highly revered. We roast our Kenya slightly lighter to accentuate its many delicate and distinguished flavors.
