Our target invoice total for free shipping is based on an average weekly or biweekly order of coffee and allied products for a typical café. With our selection of specialty beverage products, most shops should have no trouble qualifying on every order.

*Free freight does not include ancillary charges assessed by FedEx/LTL Carrier, including, but not limited to, fuel surcharge, out-of-delivery-area, residential delivery, COD fee, etc. which are based on the address of where your order is being delivered. These surcharges are typically nominal. All orders not within the free freight guidelines will pay the actual freight cost assessed by FedEx or LTL Carrier based on the total weight and destination of your order. Free freight applies to commercial shipping addresses only. We will determine based on the shipping characteristics of each order on whether the order will ship by FedEx or LTL Carrier. FedEx ground, air, and LTL freight surcharges, ancillary delivery fees and special packaging will be the responsibility of the delivery recipient. If your location is unable to accept a palletized shipment, please notify us at time of ordering so we can accommodate your needs at that time. Backorder items are not shipped freight free.
