Ratio: 1:2
Coffee: 18 grams
Water: 36 grams
Grind Size: Very Fine

Double Basket Portafilter
Grinder
Digital Scale
Tamper

How to Pull a Double Shot of Espresso
Step 1: Purge group head and dry portafilter.
Step 2: Tare portafilter on a scale.
Step 3: Collect grounds and weigh to 18g.
Step 4: Level the puck and tamp until it pushes back.
Step 5: Pull portafilter tight into group head.
Step 6: Tare scale and pull your shot to 36g.
Step 7: Purge group head and knock out and dry portafilter.
Step 8: Swirl and enjoy!
